LUMPKIN, Ga. – Today, Congressman Sanford Bishop, Jr. (GA02) announced that the City of Lumpkin will receive $34,150 through the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Rural Development Community Facilities Direct Loans and Grants Program.
