ALBANY, GA – Today, Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) announced the winners of the 2016 Congressional Art Competition at a ceremony held at the Albany Museum of Art in Albany, Georgia. This year’s first place was earned by the work of Alexa Martinez from Rutland High School in Macon, Georgia.
