Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) announced the winners of the 2017 Congressional Art Competition at a ceremony held Friday evening at the Albany Arts Council in Albany, Georgia. This year's first place was earned by the work of Khalil Brown from Dougherty Comprehensive High School in Albany, Georgia.
