The WWP serves injured post-9/11 veterans, service members, and their families through raising awareness and enlisting the public's aid for the needs of injured service members; helping injured service members aid and assist each other; and providing unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members.

ALBANY, GA – Last week, Jason Maxwell, a 15-year U.S. Army veteran, officially joined the office of Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) as a Wounded Warrior Project Alumni Fellow. The Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) serves injured veterans, service members and their families through a network of programs and services, including the Warriors to Work program, which administers the fellowships. Warriors to Work matches outstanding candidates with a wide variety of employers.
