ALBANY, GA – Today, Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) announced the new electronic submission process for high school students from Georgia's 2^nd Congressional District who are interested in participating in the 38^th Annual Congressional Art Competition.

"My office is still accepting entries for this year's Congressional Art Competition. However, due to safety and security concerns as a result of the COVID-19 virus, we are switching over to an electronic submission process." said Congressman Bishop.

Each year, programs such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Child Nutrition programs provide millions of children and families with access to food.
