WASHINGTON, DC – Yesterday, Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) secured the passage of an amendment to the House version of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 (WRDA) that provides for the conveyance of three parcels of land, known as the Earle May Recreational Area, from the Army Corps of Engineers to the City of Bainbridge, Georgia.
