Bishop, Jr., senior member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies, welcomes the U.S. Army's announcement that Fort Benning in Georgia will serve as the home for two new army organizations under the Training and Doctrine Command's Maneuver Center of Excellence (TRADOC).
