Congressman Sanford Bishop hosted a small business forum in Albany

ALBANY, GA - Congressman Sanford Bishop hosted a small business forum in Albany. Financial experts took the stage at this workshop. It gave business owners the chance to hear about different resources and ask questions about them.

Bishop says this type of forum is important because small businesses are the key to economic success. “We're in a recovery effort right now and small businesses have historically been the engine for regenerating the economy,” says Bishop

Bishop adds the House passed legislation a couple months ago that will infuse $30 billion into community banks across the country. He says this money is targeted toward small businesses
