NORCROSS, Ga. -- Georgia Trend, the self-described "magazine of Georgia business, politics and economic development" has named six from the Columbus area among its "Georgia Power List."
The list of "100 Most Influential Georgians" lists Aflac Chairman and CEO Dan Amos, Democratic 2nd District Congressman Sanford Bishop, the U.S. Army's Commanding General of Fort Benning MG Robert Brown, The Valley Partnership Executive Vice President Becca Hardin, Columbus State University President Timothy Mescon and Synovus Chairman and CEO Kessel Stelling.
