The bi-partisan Congressional Military Family Caucus was founded in 2009 by Representatives Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (D-GA). The Caucus seeks to educate Members of the United States Congress and their staff, the Department of Defense, the Armed Forces and the public about the challenges facing our nation’s military families.
