Bishop, Jr., Ranking Member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies – and all subcommittee Democrats – opposed the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Agriculture appropriations bill offered by the Majority. The bill passed on a party-line vote and now moves to the full House Appropriations Committee for consideration.
